I’m Jake, a Melbourne native who spent ten years working as an engineering project manager in the construction industry before deciding to completely pivot my life.
In 2023, I moved to Xiamen, China, to learn Mandarin at Xiamen University. I started making videos to document the journey, capturing everything from deep-dive travel vlogs to short-form comedy about cultural differences.
